MAKEMECHIC is an Amazon Associate. When you press a buying button on this site and go on to buy, we earn a commission from that sale. It costs you nothing: the price is the same as it would be had you arrived any other way.

What the commission does not buy

A place on the front page. The pieces there were chosen to cover every shelf and every price step in the range, and the order they sit in comes from the catalogue rather than from the margin on any one parcel. Nothing is written up warmer because it pays better, and none of it pays differently.

What it does pay for

Keeping the figures current. Every price on this site is re-read on a schedule and rewritten when it moves; a piece that sells out comes off the site at the next build rather than sitting here with a number nobody can act on. That work is the bulk of what this site costs to run.

Where the sale happens

Payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. They set the price you pay, they hold the stock, and their returns policy is the one that applies.
