The word to read on a card here is the rise, and the second word is the length. A high-waisted tailored short and a low-rise micro short are the same garment on the page and nothing alike on a body, so both are printed. Pockets are noted where the piece has them, because forty pairs on this shelf do and the rest do not. The linen shorts come two and three to a pack in gingham and stripe, priced as the pack; the sequin and faux-leather micro shorts are the going-out end. Jeans are sized by waist in inches rather than by letter, and the card shows the run, so you can hold it against the pair you already own before you order. If you are between two letters on a tailored short, take the larger one; on an elastic waist, the smaller.
