MAKEMECHIC Sequin Sparkly Fringe Halter Top

A black sequin halter with a fringe of beaded tassels along the hem, cropped short and open at the back. The tassels move when you do, which is the whole point of a fringe top, and the sequins take the light. It goes down to XXS. Our own note says the beads may rub sensitive skin.
